Terms and Conditions

This is the legal stuff!

I will:

• Do my best to arrive promptly for each lesson booked;
• Give you as much notice as possible if I have to rearrange the time of a lesson, and agree a new time with you;
• Except in emergency, give you at least 48 hours notice of any such change;
• Agree lesson times with you at least two weeks in advance so that you have regular and continuous training;
• Provide computerised Hazard Perception and Theory training if required;
• If you wish, book your theory and practical tests on your behalf.

You will:

• Be available and ready at the time of each lesson
• Pay for lessons either in advance, or in the car at the start of the lesson. Prepaid lessons are not refundable, but lesson times can be rebooked.
• Give as much notice as possible if you need to change or cancel a lesson
• If you give notice of a cancellation later than 8:00pm the previous day, pay for the lesson anyway

Together we will

• Teach you how to control the car
• Teach you how to interact with the road, the conditions and other road users
• Bring your driving up to test standard
• Offer further training after passing your test - Pass Plus!, motorway training etc.

When you take your test

• I collect you as usual for a one-hour pre-test lesson
• You use my car for the test
• The charge is for two hours (lesson and use of car for test)
• Afterwards I drive you home
